Kari Smith is a leadership advisor, coach, and facilitator who has spent more than 20 years leading people, building teams, and creating the conditions for others to do their best work.

Her experience was built from inside the room. Over more than a decade at lululemon, Kari grew from leading a single store to overseeing a $65M regional business and hundreds of employees. She led through rapid growth, organizational change, shifting strategies, difficult decisions, and all the very human things that happen along the way.

It was there that Kari discovered the work she was most drawn to: helping people see something differently so they could move forward differently.

She became known for creating spaces where people could be honest about what was working and what wasn't, put language around things that had been difficult to name, challenge assumptions without losing sight of what was already strong, and turn insight into something they could actually practice.

Today, Kari brings that experience to leaders and teams who know something needs to move — but aren't interested in forcing their way to an answer. Sometimes that's a leadership challenge. Sometimes it's how a team is working together. A change that isn't landing. A strategy that needs clarity. Or simply the sense that the way things have been done isn't necessarily the way they need to keep being done.
